HFS London works with language schools, universities and other institutions to accommodate both UK and international students. We will also work with international professionals, tourists or visitors requiring accommodation of over one week in London.  We can provide:

Homestay Accommodation

Host family accommodation is a high quality, competitively priced alternative to staying in a hotel or hostel. By staying in Homestay accommodation you will not only learn more about our culture, but also have an excellent opportunity to practise your English in an authentic environment. Our host families are experienced in welcoming international visitors into their home. They will help you settle in quickly and support you throughout your stay. English will always be the main language spoken in the home. Your Homestay will add a hugely personal dimension to your visit and experience of London. All our host families are individually inspected to English UK and British Council standards.

Short or Long term Lettings

We work across offices in London Bridge, Tower Bridge, Kennington and City and East London. Many of our guests will start their time in London in Homestay/ host family accommodation and look for alternative accommodation for the remainder of their stay. We can cater for your entire time here and have access to over 100 properties to let (zones 1 and 2) at any one time. We offer short or long term budget options, for example individual room lets in shared flats or houses. We also offer short or long term executive accommodation options that include tenancies in exclusive central London property.

 We have hosted over 130 students over the last 23 years and love getting to know another culture as well as teaching about ours.
 We love to go camping, movies, ushering for live theatre, reading and performing as actors and a dancer in the Nutcracker ballet.

We do not eat or serve meat but love fish, seafood, cheese and eggs, and pasta, and pizza and sushi!!!

  My name is Julie Grulkey and I place Foreign Exchange Students here in Iowa. We have 3 girls that are at home, a German Shepherd and a baby Raccoon.We would like to invite you to come and be apart of our famliy and stay with us. We are located within 15 minutes from the University of Iowa located in Iowa city.

Born and educated in Toronto, I'm happy to help you with your English pronunciation, spelling & grammar while you are studying here. I welcome you to share my home and to experience Canadian customs and traditions in exchange for learning about you and your country.

Let me welcome you to be part of my "international" family. You will be sure to make many wonderful new friends here and at school. I have four bedrooms available and like to keep a nice mix of nationalities at all times so we can all learn from one another. Former students often drop by to visit and join us for dinner when they return to Canada on vacation.
