Our house is 3500 sqft and has two lounges and two eating areas to allow for privacy and space to relax and enjoy the glacier views. Mount Washington is 15 minutes from our house. My husband and I are young entrepreneurs who enjoy traveling and learning about other cultures and countries. Courtenay has several well established ESL schools as well as the highly respected North Island Community College. The Comox Valley has a wonderful small town feel, where people are freiendly and helpful. There is no shortage of things to do here with the numerous festivals and recreational opportunties such as kayaking, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, river rafting etc. Breakfast will be provided. You can cook your own meals or we can work something out. Short 5 min. walk to College or shops. Bus stop within a block of our house. Large yard. Close to Aquatic Centre and Gym. Short term or long term stays are welcome. $700 Includes groceries, high-speed internet, cable TV, heat, hydro, and laundry. No Smoking. Security Deposit of $200 is requested and returnable at the end of tenancy.
